The website is designed to record website-event and lead-intelligence information through AuraFlow measurement where measurement consent has been provided. This can include a pseudonymous journey identifier, pages viewed, interactions such as a phone or booking click, the source page, selected service interest, campaign parameters and referral information. It is intended to help A2ZDental understand how the website is used and improve patient journeys. Browser measurement is designed not to send form fields, clinical information or your identity as part of a website event.
When you submit an appointment request, the website can associate the request with source-page, service-interest, campaign and referral information so the practice can understand the enquiry pathway. This is separate from browser event measurement.

Appointment-request notifications are sent by email to authorised A2ZDental recipients. The current approved recipients are the practice reception address and authorised A2ZDental staff responsible for responding to website enquiries.
Website information may be handled by service providers that operate the WordPress website, provide hosting, support email delivery, or provide the AuraFlow measurement and lead-intelligence service. They may handle information only as needed to provide those services to A2ZDental. We will update this policy if the service-provider arrangement materially changes.
