What to bring
Bring relevant health information, a list of medicines, your health fund card if applicable, and any records or imaging you would like considered.

Fees depend on the assessment and proposed care. Ask the team about deposits, payment timing, health fund processing and the information available for your appointment before you proceed.
Imaging and scans
X-rays, CBCT or other scans are used only where clinically required. Your clinician will explain why an image may be useful to your assessment or planning.
